Hi my name is Michelle Beam, but I go by Meesh. I am passionate about teaching in Fine Arts and Humanities. I want to focus on a blended curriculum approach, with a focus on first people’s principles. I hope to ground learners in the land they stand on and make them excited to come to school each day. I aim to take students outside as much as I can, and incorporate creativity and fun into lessons. It is important to me to help learners develop a strong sense of self worth and identity, and to help them feel connected to their surroundings.
